All BOOF products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at info@boof.eu with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement immediately.

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us at info@boof.eu to initiate a cancellation.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
